Whats your thoughts and why? Should they be allowed? I think some should be, but there are always certain few that shouldn't be allowed in.

I dont like them simply because certain armies have really powerfull characters and other armies characters suck cack...

Lords are generally decently balanced for point cost and what not...

Lots of tournies i play in dont allow them at all, some do but they are normally the really big ones...

Well, I'm planning a Throgg list to take trolls as core now, so if an event doesn't allow named characters, I won't be playing in it with this army :-/

Scotland

Any character that changes your armies makeup should be allowed. As long as noticeable effort has been made to theme the rest of the force I believe.

This i can agree with, as most of those characters arent just omg overpowered..
