Comming up soon (8th of August if I make that club meet) My Escher gang and a friend's Delaque team up to take on our nemisis gang (Van Saar)

I pose this question to Dakka's small necromunda community:
Which hired guns should I take? (If any) And any other advice you think would help.

I am willing to spend up to about 50 creds on hired guns.
Not sure about my ally.
Our enemy needs taking down. He has had insane luck and no member of his gang has suffered a serious injury. (we need more terrian to stop all the open ground too!)

Our alliances has between us 2 Heavy Stubbers, 1 Heavy Plasma Gun, 1 Flamer, 3 extreme cc beasts and 2 mid range fighters.

If wanted more details about my gang, my allies' or my enemy's can be given.

Cheers in advance.

Numbers or power, you choose.

You could get a bounty hunter for one game, and I think that has the potential to kill multiple enemies if played correctly.

Or you could hire two or more cheaper 'hired guns' and bulk up on your numbers.

I'm guessing Dark that your going off the 3 in the main book.

The Hired Guns available to our campaign are:
Crazy Doc
Defense Force Deserter
House Agents
Nomad Guide
Ogryn bodyguard
Pit Slaves
Ratskin Savage
Rogue Handler
Sniper
Bounty Hunter
Scum
Ratskin Scout.

I was gonna pick 3 pit slaves and hope they roll up bonus T. And at 10 creds a dude they are awesome. This was befoore I chose to increase what I am willing to spend.

Well I'm no expert, just offered my two cents. Ah well, I'll leave and let some more experienced (i.e. Necromunda players) take charge .

It would help if you actually played Necromunda yes.

Thats why I put the bit saying "I pose this question to Dakka's small Necromunda community".

Someone who has a space marine army for painting and not playing, but who still hangs out at a games-workshop is still part of the 40k community, no?

Good luck with the game, anyway.

Personally I'd go with what you'd enjoy playing with, not specifically what would be the most powerful for the cost. I love Pit Slaves as I enjoy the fun weapons and they're fairly cheap. I couldn't give you much more of an answer than that since I'm not familiar with most of those hired guns.

Thats part of the reason I was gonna go with 3 Pit slaves. Fun with crazy OTT weapons.
Most of those hired guns are from The Forgotten Guns puplication. It updates all hired guns from the ORB. My gaming group is using it for hired guns.

and sorry Dark I guess I was being a bit grumpy back up there.
