Critiques always welcome.
This is not my usual list, mostly because the expected tourny has a few twists...battle points for killing all fast units (gained automatically if your opponent dosn't bring any). Another mission where heavies are the Secondary objective. Missions where extra points are awarded for an HQ being on a specific objective point. So, on to the list:
HQ: Lysander
HQ: Librarian; storm bolter, Null Zone, Avenger
Elite: 5x Terminator Assault Sqd; 5x TH/SS
Troop: Tac Sqd; Meltagun, Missile Launcher, Sgt w/Fist; Razorback, Heavy Bolters, Extra Armor
Troop: Tac Sqd; Flamer, Missile Launcher, Sgt w/Fist; Razorback, Heavy Bolters, Extra Armor
Troop: Tac Sqd; Flamer, Missile Launcher, Sgt w/Fist; Razorback, Heavy Bolters, Extra Armor
Fast: Land Speeder; Multi-Melta, Heavy Flamer
Fast: Land Speeder; Multi-Melta, Heavy Flamer
Heavy: Land raider (Godwin), Extra Armor
Heavy: Vindicator
Heavy: Devastator sqd; 4x Plasma cannon, 2x bolter, sgt w/bolter.

Lysander grants Stubborn to help out against expected I-Guard Psyker Battle Squad Spam + S10 Hammer (+1 on dammage)...nice. Bolster defense for Dev Sqd to hold up in ruins.
Lysander and termies ride the land raider (taken as Heavy to support mission specific objectives).
Librarian in Razorback with Tac sqd to plant on objective (frees Lysander to fight while satisfying HQ secondary objective). Null Zone assists Termies agaisnt low invul save units. The hood counters IG-PBS, Eldrad, etc...
Tac Sqds option to Combat sqd or not (some missions use KPs as a primary objective). Missiles crack transports so the Devs can plasma whatever jumps out.
Land Speeders either tank-hunt or kill troops/hordes. Satisfies the Fast objective (if the guy is shooting them for the bonus he's NOT shooting other things for a turn or 2...and i hate giving up free points).
Vindicator to assist Devs against Terminator type units. S10 template is a good way to kill Monoliths and break horde units.
Dev Squad to kill MeQ units, break Horde units, or assist in transport busting. In playtesting many opponents avoid the side of the field the Devs are holding...funneling units right into the Lysander unit on the opposite side. Plasma's or Hammers...nice choice.

Life isn't fair. But wouldn't it be worse if Life were fair, and all of the really terrible things that happen to us were because we deserved them?

Hmmm, 25 looks and not even the suggestion of dumping the Dev Sqd and picking up 2 more Vindi's (shifting the Land Raider to the Termies as a transport).

Life isn't fair. But wouldn't it be worse if Life were fair, and all of the really terrible things that happen to us were because we deserved them?

Well, I played Lysander several times.
My experience is that you need a full Terminator squad with 2 cyclones joined by Lysander.
This squad benefits from his bolter drill.
