Subject: It has been more than a week since you last posted in our forums.
I'm still getting this message after refreshing, even though I posted about 10-15 minutes ago.
Also, while we're on the subject, I'd question the purpose behind this message. If someone doesn't have anything to contribute, why push them to do so? There's already a signal / noise ratio problem on this (and every other) forum.

I think it only fully refreshes after a given timespan (due to caching), or if you logout and login again. A bit imperfect but the additional overhead for the change is not really worth it.
