im currently doing a Green knight list and keeping it as close to that as i can, the models are all fallen knights spirits much liek the green knight and all be painted as such too!

however every list i do for it seems to get a very bad response. lol
so i would love it if some of you guys could help me do a mock up please
the rules though:

no peasentry (of any form)
no questing knights
MUST include the green knight
No pegasus knights
and if damsel is taken, must use lore of life
so cheers guys thatd be awsome if youd give me a hand!

No peasantry? Your not gonna have a very effective list then lol, as the peasantry are your cannon fodder in which you can sacrifice and protect your knights with.

Also they provide you with your only form of ranged support.

Well the only problem i have with it is that they wouldnt fit in the theme at all...

i suppose i could have some archers to be robinhood esq...

They could be like your merry men. Worshipers or the spirits maybe?

Well I myself haven't played Bret's in ages, but I think it is definitely worth putting a unit of about 16 men-at-arms in there and maybe even that much bowmen as well. From what I remember their not very expensive in game either.

Other than that the list looks pretty solid. Maybe instead of all KOtR have some Knights Errant as well?

i just dont see paying 4 points less for a worse knight worth it tbh... and they wouldnt fit the theme too well either...i may consider putting in some peasents but my idea was to ride throughja nd atttack the flanks and work my way in!

Yeah it might work, but then again, a unit of bowmen could help out in that regards. But that is just IMHO, so work with what you want

What about mounted yeomen? would they be more helpful?

Watch out for your watchtower scenario.

You can never hold the watch tower. Which means you can never win that scenario.

M@A 20 and that can be your 1 core watchtower unit just in case.

Mounted yeoman would help with the archer problem, yes.

Are trebuchets not allowed in your theme? because they are the really good. possibly the best stone thrower in the game.

i know it upsets me too, but the idea is a ton of fallen knight spirits in the deep of the lloren forest so a solid wooden object wouldnt quite fit, i play ogres too and the scraplauncher rocks too.

Right on. Well it seems its way more about theme then for ya which is really cool and sometimes more fun anyways. Good luck and let us know how the list performs for ya.

ill post up pics as and when i get my army painted lol, ive got two units stuck, a pally, and my custom green knight.
when im painting them ill be posting them. and yea i am all about theme. i just wondered if there was any extra advice?
