This is...original...I guess. Lemme start from the top down: Daemon Weapons are okay, but they're a little expensive..Honestly, I'd just take a khorne Prince with wings. OR you can take Kharne for 5 more points.
Troops: Redundancy is good. Either go 2 meltas/flamers/plasma or none at all. 2 different weapons just make things complicated. Take a rhino too.
Zerkers look good. Add another one for good measure (another berserker)
Noise marines suck, just take another unit of CSM, with a rhino and double weapons
You're terminators are...meh. Take double lightning claws on all of them if you throw them in the land raider, since shooting would do very little anyway.
Land raider is fine..I guess.
Defiler= NO. You've got a khorne list, so dump both weapons for the extra CCW's. You need those attacks
To summarize, noise marines suck, daemon weapons suck, Take Rhinos on all of your CSM units, take double lighning claws on your terminators.

Lord is a fun option… fun esp. with two sources to hurt himself.
Marines: I wouldn’t mix weapons.
Zerkers: I wouldn’t suggest the PP on an expensive one wound model, I also suggest a fist as the lord is handling the power weapon attacks.
Noise Marines: what’s with the Champ?
Just one Rhino?
Termies: they purchae Icons and that’s just too many fists… heavy SMurf vibe there.
LR needs Extra armor for a basket that big.
Defiler is ok, but not really that much armor saturation.

I would remove the plasma pistol from the lord and the skull champion and use the 30 points to give the noise champion a power weapon and doom siren.
I would also suggest you either go 2 meltas or 2 plasmas for your CSM squad. If you have to mix, go melta/flamer as they're both assault weapons but I highly suggest you go 2 meltas. Perhaps find some points for another rhino for the CSM squad, perhaps with a havoc launcher as well.
For the termies, you can probably save some unnecessarily spent points by cutting back on some of the powerfists (and use the points saved for the extra rhino).
As for the defiler, I personally like to leave it on its default options. When the battlecannon breaks, you have a reaper and a heavy flamer fall back on but the choice is up to you.

With TL everything the lower BS is less an issue and your termi assault is that much harder to delay

EA is enough on the LR
The LR is a poor gunboat for points...spending more on it to shoot is not advisable.
While combat termies are a 'fun' choice... and not exactly what they do best. If one is thinking of the termies as a 'body guard' for the Lord, be careful, they are no fearless and Ld10 is a fickle thing IMO.

Ive dropped the Termies down to 200 points, i think that is a good enough price for some good monsterous creature/ vehicle killing infantry with a 2+ save i also now have 4 troops

still, you should still drop the plasma pistol. Your lord will be riding a Land raider until it reaches its destination and the quad charges. so You will get no chance to shoot with it, unless your transport goes boom!. and when you start runninng at the eneùy you risk losing your lord due to an overheating PP. that would be a waste. I am just pointing out the obvious though.
