Hi all. I'm new to this 40K lark (being mainly a historical gamer) but I'm having a go at knocking together some Necrons so that I can play a few games against my son. I'm going to be recording progress on my blog so I thought I would share it here. Nothing much to look at so far but I thought i might give it a shameless plug anyway, hope no-one minds too much

cheers

Simon

That test figure is lovely. Or as lovely as a mechanical skeleton carrying a gun that strips organic matter can be.

Looking forward to more.

I love the grit feel to the necron compared to the overly metallic look most carry.

Love the lightning effect towards the end of the barrels good job. Do keep this blog updated frequently.

"Definition: 'Love' is making a shot to the knees of a target 120 kilometers away using an Aratech sniper rifle with a tri-light scope. Statement: This definition, I am told, is subject to interpretation. Obviously, love is a matter of odds. Not many meatbags could make such a shot, and fewer would derive love from it. Yet for me, love is knowing your target, putting them in your targeting reticle, and together, achieving a singular purpose, against statistically long odds." ~ HK-47
