Interesting article by this guy. I had no idea the original Warcraft was supposed to be Warhammer!

Good read, especially for anyone who isn't familiar with the whole situation. It's definitely interesting that Warcraft was supposed to be Warhammer's first entrance into the computer gaming world.

Ya pretty sure G-Dub is kicking itself. Dawn of War is very successful but they could be making WoW money: Worlds of Warhammer!

Ugh, same story again and again and again...this is getting pretty old.
For Nurgle's sake StarCraft II is out...

I will most likely just spectating games and converting 40K models at the same time... best of both worlds

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

I think I'm going to start converting my Marines to look like Firebats and Terran soldiers because that way they'll give proper credit to their origin.

Wow. Didn't know you guys couldn't make connections
Zerglings and terran marines are some of the most easy to point out.

Blizzard steals fantasy fluff from a bunch of places, warhammer is just the most obvious

They're possibly worse than JK rowling

On the other hand, compare the old tyranid look to what they look like now. Sure, Blizzard has ripped off loads of stuff. But they're not the only ones doing it

Err... only the OP said he didn't make the connection.

Smooth though, nice one.

You should know all about it.
