i am thinking of converting some warhammer lizard men to add some variaty to my kroot army
i don't have any pics yet as i have not started.

What do you think any advise is welcome

As for advice, make sure you have round bases for a start so they're tournament legal. You're also going to need guns for them: I use them as auxiliaries with modified tau guns and armour, as you'll see, but if they're in a kroot army their guns will be more low-tech, and you could even equip them with basic kroot guns. Maybe shorten them by removing the length of the barrel and then re-pinning them.

The Saurus models are great for this, skinks are a bit too small and the saurus come with a whole lot of different arms and the like.
