Columbus, Oh

I am using Pedro Kantor in a Deathwatch sorta way, and was thinking for my HQ, it would be a good idea to have a Command Squad for him..

reading the SM Codex.. looks to me like Kantor does NOT get access to a command squad, as he rates Honor Guard only..

Am I understanding this correctly? PK gets some seriously expensive Honor Guards, but NO access to an Apothecary?

And also, before anyone says to take a Captain instead... I am locked by prior choice into PK and a Librarian for storyline reasons.

Also.. No Land Raider for Chapter Masters unless they pull one from the Heavy Support motor pool?

You seem to be correct.

My friend buys some termis with a LR DT, sits the honor guard behind it, and jumps in the first turn.

Why doesn't he just put them in it from the start. You can have any unit deploy in a non-dedicated transport so long as they don't violate the passenger requirements?

It seems the OP meant Landraider Dedicated Transport by LR DT.

Though I am sure to be corrected if I misread.
