Not sure if you guys knew, but GW is releasing some "old" models to represent the four major chaos factions

They look kind of cool, I might pick up a set. Just for fun. Are these actually old models? The Berserker looks better than the current one

They look awesome, but:
1: They're metal.
2: They're one-each, of just four, you can't really use them unless you attach them to another squad, and that squad would have to look like that guy for him to fit in. :/ (Ex: The Thousand Son wouldn't fit in with my fiance's thousand sons because his all have hoods instead of the Egyptian hat.)

Seems kinda silly unless you want to buy them for just display pieces, or I guess an Aspiring Champion or Chaos Lord, and I'd rather spend my money on some okay models and some GS to make my own awesome conversion for a display model, Aspiring Champion or Chaos Lord.

Just my opinion though

I find it interesting and rather like that they keep putting out models like this. Just for fun, fun to paint and have and collect models. Like how there is the armor threw the ages for space marines. Or that flash git they dropped awhile back.

It severs no real purpose on the table.

For a laugh (and temporary stop-gap) I bought them and Abaddon and now use them in apocalypse as that unit involving Abaddon and his 4 top lords!
