Meh, the community really killed this game for me:

"I'm going to go this, your going to go that, you are going to take these weapons, you are going to place that turret HERE!, you are going to grab that pickup"....

Too many bossy 10 year olds who thought trying to bully people online was the same as having a "Strategy".

It's still a great weapon, as long as you play on dedicated servers. It's just one of those weapons that suffers the most from lag.

Fortunately this doesn't seem to be a problem down here. Strategy tends to be limited to "are we taking the shortcut?" or me telling people in advance that I'm going to use the grenade launcher at a particular point, so that they know not to get fragged.

On the other hand, it would be nice if people would pay attention when you tell them to wait (so you can take out the parasites/shield bugs without fragging them) or to get moving (instead of trying to fight off an infinite number of respawning enemies).

Hehe, quite a good game considering that its free. Downloaded it last nigth and played a few games.... been kicked from quite a few coz im lvl 1.... Guessing i give of a "OMG! Its a lvl 1 noob! Kick him" which is somewhat understandable lol

What level of difficulty were you trying to play?

Easy lol, i presume iv been kicked as i end up on the main menu without warning, could either be im gettin kicked or disconnecting.

If it's happening before you get to the lobby, they're not kicking you for being too low a level. Try playing on dedicated servers instead, I find them to be more reliable. Less lag, too.

Usually its mid game wen i return to the main menu, i tend not to lag or dc as my ping is always really low compared to some of the others.

So i got it. Its ok. And GES was half right. There was a near identical game out on the Wii called alien syndrome.
