Warwitch Deneghra -5
Reaper 6
Reaper 6
Nighwretch (or Deathripper) 4
Warwitch Siren 2
Necrotech & Scrap Thrall 1
Wrong Eye & Snapjaw 9
Cylena Raefyll & 9 Nyss Hunters 10

35/35

The plan: Deneghra debuffs it, the Reapers drag it in and Snapjaw eats it. The Nyss shoot anything else with Deneghra debuffing for them as required.

What do you think? Will this work?

You forgot Tartarus for the additional armor debuff.

I've fought a pGoreshade list that uses Reapers to do basically the same thing with the Deathwalker and the BLT.

Have you considered Withershadow Combine to eat Jacks? You also get the bonus of the reroll from Puppet Master, and Admonia upkeeps a spell and can destroy upkeeps when up close.

Q: How many of a specific demographic group are required to carry out a simple task?
A: An arbitrary number. One to carry out the task in question, and the remainder to act in a manner stereotypical of the group.

Tartarus won't fit sadly although I'd prefer a unit of Bane Thralls for the same effect.

This setup would allow me to use the Withershadow Combine offensively, maybe they'll be in my 50 point variant of this list.

At 50 points I'd probably take The Withershadow Combine and a full unit of Croe's Cutthroats. Nobody expects mass firepower from a Cryx army, do they?

Only one arcnode for pDenny? Hmm... I'd tell it a risky choice.

Yes it is, it's quite deliberate though. It's one up from playing like you've got a pair, it's playing like you've only got one.

Are you trying to tell us something about yourself? ???
Too much info dude

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

@ Sanctjud: LOL!

I like the Idea of playing Deneghra in a more up front role, using shadowbind on larger enemies to protect her from charges and to give her +4 DEF vs. ranged and magical attacks.

The one big problem I can see is stuff that gets rid of your upkeeps in play(protectorate & eeryiss), or effects that cause knockdown. Stealth will still help a bit if denny is knocked down but putting her next to a jack or other tough model will also give your opponent an aiming point for blast damage. Even boosted power 7's can be a problem for denny. I say try it out for a few games and see how it goes, there are going to be a few bad match-ups but when isn't there. Good job thinking outside the box and let us know how it goes.

I am the whitekong.
