Your points are off. It's 70 for the MM/HF land speeders

Deep Striking Terminators can be risky

But either way Vulcan Cheese'Stan is a chump

List looks solid however there are a few things to consider.

Single predator and single vindicator are kinda meh imo. Im not a fan of vindicators in the first place but it doesnt seem to really fit in this list. I would recommend dropping vindi and predator for another crusader. Seems to fit your list better.

Single droppod with dread is iffy. The fact it has to come down turn 1 means it can be quickly focused. Iron clads work better as armor 13 is a bit more sturdy.

i don't like really much the libby terminator squad cause they come down on second if you are lucky and they don't do anything on that turn so the oppo can fire at them or can charge them expecially the ork or the nids cause if you have to roll 20 save you will fail a few of them and the termi are only 5.... otherwise if you put them on foot they will shoot them and they will never charge anyone cause no one is so dumb to lunch himself in the arms of a terminator squad.

I'll play 2 more speeder so you have 2 squadron of 2 speeder but I'm a speeder fanatic.

I'll use the LRR or the LR standard instead of the crusader cause you don't need 16 seat 12 in good enough; plus if you use the standard LR you can remove the full laser predator cause you will already have a great anti-tanks firepower.

the suicide dreddy is ok.

i see you use the MM on the tactical that is pretty useless cause it will stay back and with 24" range it will not do so much I always use a laser in the Combat squad.

you don't have powerfist or power weapon in the tacticals that is bad cause they already are only 5 and if you don't give them such weapons they will be completly useless

the anti-infantry fire is fine but, if you will decide to cut out the second terminetors squad, I'll add a thunderfire cannon: i've tried it and all his fire mod are good and it always repay his cost
