The Great UnClean One doesnt really need unholy Might as he already has Noxious Touch which is poisoned and always wounds on a 2+. I would instead suggest giving him Cloud of Flies. That way he has offensive and defensive grenades. Units charging him losing their charge attacks can go a long way.

Thank you for the advice, I never really thought of Cloud of Flies being useful. I also figured it might be best to change up my DP to provide a little more tank killing ability.

Keeper of Secrets - Soporific Musk, Unholy Might - 235pts
Great Unclean One - Cloud of Flies, Breath of Chaos - 195pts
12 Daemonettes - Chaos Icon - 193pts
12 Daemonettes - 168pts
12 Plaguebearers - Chaos Icon, Noxious Touch, Instrument of Chaos - 220pts
10 Seekers of Slaanesh - 175pts
3 Flamers of Tzeentch - Bolt of Tzeentch - 135pts
Daemon Prince - Mark of Tzeentch, Bolt of Tzeentch, Daemon Gaze - 160pts

Working within the confines of what models you have I'd say drop some plaguebearers and use every daemonette you have. So you want to bring those two daemonettes units up to 15 each. Daemonettes succeed through sheer number of rending attacks on the charge. They are only t3 and 5++ save so they need to obliterate what they hit before it gets to hit back. To do that you need more numbers. I used to run 2x20 daemonettes to some success. The plaguebearers will probably be a unit that sits on an objective, and as such won't need the numbers to succeed in what they are doing.

As far as what to get next: I'd say two more DPs and some fiends would really complement this list and bring you up into higher points levels.

Cheers!

Bolt is rarely worth the 30 points on the flamers. Was the point of them to have a 135-point anti-light-vehicle unit? Flamers are tougher than daemonettes or horrors, but they just can't survive long enough to make it worth it. Toss it and get another Fiend. (Also, are you sure about the cost on those Fiends?)
That does leave you without much in the way of anti-vehicle capabilities. You could add some of your second 'nette squad's models to the first squad, and use the remaining points for another shooty Tzeentch DP...

Thanks Dave your right I calculated Unholy Might on all models not one. Now if I get rid of the Flamers all together and the points saved on the Fiends I would be able to use a second Tzeentch DP.

*This is assuming you had access to extra models or something to proxy with to test!

Flamers almost always earn more than their points when they come in. It's a hard unit to keep out. I'd almost consider dropping GUO and adding in a second prince and beef out both of them. Add iron hide for the extra survivability you lose from GUO and you're set. Adding another DP(shooty) with IH would net you 15 points to spare(add your 9 unused for 24 points total!).

That depends on the type of army you're facing. Against most Space Marines or Necrons, or some Eldar, they're a good unit. Against, say, IG, or Orks, or 'Nids? Not so much. They're not especially useful against Tau either.
