Adolescent Youth with Potential

Im new to 40k, I live in a college town and several of my friends live near-by. I walked over one night to find them playing Warhammer 40k outside in the courtyard. I watched the game, very interested. Just today I played a proxy game of 1000 points Black Templar (after explaining what kind of tactics I would play and my love for Terran my friends introduced me to space marines). I loved my first game and have decided to slowly start building up to a 1500 point army!
