Hi there,
I am building an ork army and I am absolutely not sure how to set up the list due to this enormous amount of great units  so I will post a framework of a list and would like you guys to discuss it with me. it is in no way settled, it is as I said a frame work:

So here are my ideas about this list.
*is the weapon choice for the killa kans usefull?
*to many nob bikaz?
*enought boyz?

To your questions:
No. Use all Grotzookas or Rokkits on the Kans. Using the 3 weapons you get that are all different uses sucks. GW does that crap on purpose so you have to buy more or model your own redundant weapons.
No, not too many.
No, not enough boyz. If you're running a hybrid biker, kan, boyz list. You really need more boyz. I think you could probably dump the stormboyz.
Overall, your list is all over the place. Bikernobs are awesome shock troops. They need to go as fast as possible and ram themselves into combat to tie up your foe and annihilate them while you get everything else there. Pick a theme and go with it. Right now it's too fragmented. Any direction I'd recommend would be a completely different list.

ok thx so far.
i could indeed throw out the stormboyz and the gretchins, give all kans rokkit launchas and for the remaining points I get additional 20 boyz with nob. sadly i like the idea of stormboyz

You should really drop the kans from the list, and put those units of 20 boyz in BWs. This way you have 2 BWs, Nob Bikers with boss, and Storm Boyz. That doesnt sound to bad and seems pretty fun.
The Kans dont belong because their are MUCH slower then bikes and wagons etc. Your army will be pieced apart to easy and your opponent will know exactly what he needs to fire at first, second, third, etc. If you like the idea of storm boyz, then use them. Dont just kill a unit because other people dont like them. They are fast enough to keep up with the bikes and if you throw the boyz in the wagons, your whole army will be moving at a pretty fast pace.
Also, if you get a couple BWs, you should change all the boyz to sluggas. You could also drop the Lootas and fill out the Storm boyz squad and maybe add Zagstruk for some deep striking action.
With orks, the best thing to do is pick 1 unit that you really want to field, and build around that unit using other units that move at roughly the same speed. This insures that your WHOLE army hits on the same turn.

In my opinion Lootas can be very useful when they have Deffguns 48 inch range strength 7. With Orks your Boyz and Lootas should have more than 11 in each squad (11 in squad you are fearless, less than 11 you have to take initiative check.) I would also suggest that you change you Boyz to Ard' Boyz. Instead of 6+ you get 4+ saves. 40 Isn't really enough for boyz.

I am now just playing a little bit with the list, and let me give you this new approach HQ warboss 140p + PK + skorcha kombi + bike + cybork body Bigmek 85p + KFF Troops 5 Nobz 350p + bikes + stikkbombz + 2 PK + 2 big choppas + 1 skorcha kombi + 1 bosspole + painboy + cybork bodies 25 Boyz 235p + shootas + stikkbombz + 2 rokkit launchas + nob w/ PK & bosspole 25 Boyz 235p + shootas + stikkbombz + 2 rokkit launchas + nob w/ PK & bosspole 25 Boyz 235p + shootas + stikkbombz + 2 rokkit launchas + nob w/ PK & bosspole Fast Attack 15 Stormboyz 220p + Nob w/ PK & bosspole 1500p in total well, nothing much to say here. hording and stormboyz and bikaz go forward. what do you think?
