So I usually play a couple of friends of mine once a week. We usually run 1500pt Tau/1500 pt IG vs my 3000pt Nids. After a few weeks of trial/error I think I've locked down a list that I like, and I figured I'd throw it out there for any thoughts.

Hive tyrant pairs up with the gargoyles, each trygon prime pairs with a ravener brood and moves up the flanks, genestealers and hormagaunts outflank, unless it's annihilation in which case the tervigon will outflank instead of the hormies. In objective games, the tervigon finds a nice objective with cover and settles in with a couple of hive guard broods. Everything else congo lines up the middle behind the hive tyrant and gargs.
