I would love to have a couple Deff Koptas in here with TL Rockets and Buzz saws as well as a KFF Mech for the BWs...but i dont know what to drop.

Looks like a cool list but you need some cover for your boyz! I would get a unit or 2 or grots to line up and walk down the field to give the boyz a cover save.
Ghazzy w/ Snikrot can cause some damage but I would trade Ghaz for a warboss. Ghazzy w/ Snikrot will come in on turn 2 or even later and most players will not still have any hard hitting units at the back of the board so a warboss can do just about the same thing to the weaker units that will be hanging up back there.
Lootas bunkered in a wagon can make them very hard to get rid of but adds 100+ points to a that costs 225 to start with lol you can get a 3 unit of lootas for the price of the wagons alone.
You will be very very slow moving so any Mech list will give you lots of trouble. I would suggest adding some more range to your list buy dropping the wagons for more lootas, taking some buzz koptas, and giving your boyz shootas and big shootas.

Sickening is right on with the Ghazghkull comment. 225 pionts for a unit that may come on to the table turn 4 is not fun. ( I wonder if you could use his WAAAAGH when he has not come on the table yet? YMDC question?)

Battlewagons will have to be possitioned carefully. With no other AV targets in your list and no KFF they will be pounded by all your opponents AV. Hide your sides well, see if you can add a lobba or kannon and make sure you are not assaulted. Personaly I would loose them completely, get a BM with KFF or SAG, and add squad of Grots to surround the Lootas

Sluggas would be better of being Shootas. I can't really force myself to write out the reasons now but I will post you a link where someone has done a good job explaining it:

You can find spare points from dropping Ghazghkull, maybe a few Kommandos (you dont need a full unit) and also the BP s. In squads of 30 you will not be needing them till it doesn't really matter. With those points you can get your Deff koptaz or some looted wagons with Boomguns (only if you are sure you can regularly get them a cover save like with a KFF).
