Hey all,

I am planning to create lootas by converting some boyz (or nobz) and putting some fun heavy weapons on 'em.

I seem to have a split with my current group on whether I should use boyz, or nobz. A good friend of mine said nobz look cooler, so naturally that'd flow well into doing sweet looking loota conversions. However another friend of mine said that seeing nobz as lootas would be a huge turn-off, since he would recognize them as nobz, and lootas really should just be boyz.

So, I'm posting here - what do you guys think and why? Are nobz actually that much cooler looking? Would they take away from my army, since lootas are not (and cannot actually be) nobz?

Thanks!

I say boyz as nobs might be confused as flash gitz!

Boyz, definitely. Nobz are bigger and tougher, and Lootas have the same statline as boyz.

Official loota models are boy-based. Stats are boy-based. Nob-base might get them confused with flash gits. I'd go with boys, 100%
