I'm a big fan of the Apocalypse style game. Only problem is that it is very difficult to find both people and a place to play. The amount of table space you need for a good 8000 pt. game much less something like 10000 points is really rarely available unless upon special request from the proprietor of the store willing to let you game on that level. After all the owners have to please their customers and run a store. Plus an Apocalypse battle is really something you should plan ahead of time, not really the kind of thing that you can just show up to a game store and expect to play, which can make them difficult to pull off. So I'm looking for other players who are interested in large style games and might like to meet regularly on a weekly or bi weekly basis to start playing lager battles the the usual 2500 pts. that the normal gaming environment allows. I figure to start small at 3000-5000 pts which can hopefully be played in a store, and maybe work our way up from there if anyone is interested.
