The Subject States the Question. What color Horse. I Sort of want only one Color because it is the only breed brought from earth so long ago.

my favorite horse color, personally, is bay. Otherwise, for ease of painting, I'd do chestnut.

I thought horse hide colour wasn't generally related to breed?
Regardless, I suggest picking a colour which will give some contrast with the riders and saddles.

Brown suits the IG grittiness, and Bay (brown coat, black mane and tail) is the most common horse colour by miles.
Oh, this horse has a star (the white marking on its forehead) and a white sock (rear left leg). You can mix and match markings while keeping the same colour to differentiate the horses, or just ignore them entirely for ease of painting. Guide to horse markings: Face and Legs. Also, worth noting that where the face and leg markings are white, the hoof or skin beneath will be cream/pink and the rest of the bay will have a black skin/hoof.
