I'm sorry, how do you figure that all of your characters will get the special rules that your named IC's bring? Chapter Tactics specifically say that if you have more than 1 IC that provides Chapter Tactics, you need to pick 1 of them for the army.

That being said though, I think you may be allowed to have units with one rule and other units with another rule, but never more than 1 (You'll have to double check that).

Otherwise, I think you're looking at a fairly lacking list there, my friend. Maybe you should hit up the drawing board again.

This list isnt that good one 600pt Apoc vortex missle formation could end the game for this list. another weakness in this list is that there are no troops

the special rules aren't part of chapter tactics- e.g: khan's is the master of the hunt special rule- all the others are similar- no chapter tactics, apart from shrike, whose chapter tactics rule i am using.

and this isn't meant to be a battle-winning list, this is just for fun, to see how it will play out. in a proper apoc game, i would play 5000pt or more, so i cound get troops and stuff.

You're really making them vulnerable to one Apoc sized template. The rest of the opponent's subsequent shooting ought to mop up all these guys and then you're ready to play second game?

ok- i need to buy the stormlord, khan, kantor, tigirius and vulkan- so it'll be a while yet. if i don't play it at games workshop, ill try to remember to take photos.

that's like saying a captain can't have a holstered bolt pistol, a thunder hammer and a storm shield.
glavius has a sheathed power sword, a storm bolter in one hand and a storm shield in the other. i'm using the old 4th ed. metal captain, with a sheath on his belt. i just cut the sword hand off, replaced it with a storm shield bearing one, and found a power sword handle, glueing it into the sheath. perfectly legal, according to the fellas at my FLGS including the staff.
