Does anyone know how to do this?

I ended up making a new profile instead of carrying on my profile I've had for the 3 years of owning my console.

It's quite irksome. I've searched but no real answers.

I have had a proflie on my Xbox (Not connected to live) for 3 years.

I want to connect that 3 year old proflie to live. and not make a completly new profile which I ended up doing when I made my first one.

got it, go into your profile when you boot up, the bit where it says customize avatar and all that. then you go "connect to live" or something similar and follow the instructions.

I did the same thing as you the first time I made my acount

you may have to change the name though as your old profile will still be active
