It's all a matter of brush control - I actually wanted thinner black and white stripes on these boys, but I still think they came out pretty decent.

Oh great, more Pig Iron....I'm only kidding! Great looking guys, I don't know how you put up with the crappy Catachan sculpts, but everything looks nice, and the best part is the camo looks natural! Great work!

To every one that has asked about the heads: They are made by pig iron productions (so they are called pig iron heads), they sell models of their own but they also sell the heads by themselves.

Personal fave is the Sergeant with yellow stripes on his wrist. Nice touch!

To answer everybody who's asked about the heads (and to reinforce everyone who's already said) the heads are from Pig Iron. They're pretty commonly used in IG regiments by guys here on Dakka, on account of them looking pretty cool. You can check out their website here:

As to the comment on the Catachan sculpts - most people don't know this, but the Perry twins and Jes Goodwin all worked on them. How they got some of the absolute finest, most detailed sculptors in Citadel to make those models is beyond me. Regardless, I still love the 'roid freaks.

OT: your OP here refers to the link to your commission blog being in your sig. Maybe it's just me, but I almost couldn't click it as the size of your sig cuts off all but the top of the letters in the link itself. You may wanna shrink it down a little.
