2000 point Space Marine List for Tournament use:
Lysander with Terminator death star unit (5x TH/SS) in a Land Raider (gets termies into the fray then goes tank hunting...if alive).
Librarian with Null Zone and Avenger.
3x Tac squads with Meltagun, Lascannon, sgt with Combi-melta; HB Razorback (Extra armor)
2x Vindicator

So thats the core list. I'm looking at 2 options.
1. Add a Dreadnought (Melta-Heavy Flamer)/Drop pod and a 3rd vindicator.
2. Add a Devastator Squad, 4x plasma cannon; HB Razorback

Each has advantages and disadvatages. 1: gives me the anoyance unit with potential to kill a key unit on turn 1 plus the 3rd large pie plate of DOOOOOOMMMMMmmmmmm. Forces the opponent to do something about big-nasty in his deployment zone allowing the extra turn for the Vindis to move into firing range.
2: gives me 1 fewer KP (for those missions), MeQ killing unit that can also pop transports (if the lascannon squads miss or have to target something heavier). Smaller blasts but not so dependent on a single mis-scatter. An extra Razorback that can be mission tasked game to game. Can take advantage of Lysanders "Bolster Defense" ability.

OK: which option and why.
