Think I'm still recovering from last weekend's fun!

4 of my good gaming buddies (Toby, Fernando, Dave and Frank) and myself got together and made the long 600 mile drive up to northern California to join in the first ever NorCon event! The mini con was mainly ran by our mutual good friend Anthony Hanner, who pooled many local gaming groups up north together along with 2 new fledgling game stores to run the first event!

While a 40K RTT ran (Toby Walker participated), us 4 ran a Mega-Apoc game! There was a total of 80,000+ pts on each side of the board! Fernando (Lopez) had his 25,000pts of Dark Angels joined up with some of Toby's (he leant his Army out) Salamanders, and several NorCal players to face off against Dave's (Parker) 25,000pt Khorne Legion, Frank's (Martin) 18,000pts of Emperor's Children and my (Touradj) 40,000+ pts of Khorne Legions!

There were many, many gorgeous models and Armies alligned to face us, and we got 3 full Turns and could've easily compled 2 more in one full day's time! In the end, Fernando's Dark Angels smashed up Dave's Khorne Legions in a bloody brawl on the Left, while Frank went toe-to-toe with Brent's GORGEOUS Deathguard Army and several other players in the Middle, meanwhile I nearly tabled the Orks and Imperial forces on the Right!

At the end of it all, we all had a great time putting our models on the table, chuckin' some dice, and participating in the first ever NorCon Event!
