How size wise does the "N" scale mechs from their cav line compare with say dreadnoughts from 40k?

For example. http://www.reapermini.com/Miniatures/CAV/latest/07120

I would say that's about the same scale as a Battletech figure. Maybe 1 1/2 to 2 inches tall at best. So... small for a dread imo. Nice sculpt though.

CAV figs are quite a bit larger (some anyway) than Battletech, but nowhere near dread size.

40K pronunciation guide. Abaddon = [uh - BAD -done], Belial = [bee - LEEL] (I promise), and chimera = [KY - murr - uh]

N scale is around 10mm scale from memory.
Battletech (metals, not the plasticky clix crap) used 1/300 (or 6mm) and 40k uses a somewhere-between-1/48-and-1/60th scale.

If the battletech mech and CAV model had the same scale, the CAV would be the smaller one (but not necessarily by much).

CAV models are on 40mm hex bases. They are smaller than a tau battlesuit but bigger than a terminator.

Way too small for a dreadnought. Sorry.

Perhaps an epic titan, though.

Dang. Thanks for the info...can't believe how much detail they put into such small figs.
