I am currently making a cheat sheet so i dont have to look ANYTHING up in the codex, i am currently on Asurmen one of the Eldar phoenix Lords I was curious as to if his 2 wrist mounted avenger shuriken catapults add an additional attack in close combat.

Also I cannot find anywhere in the eldar codex or the BRB Haywire grenades... I know Autarchs have them but i cant seem to find where they are Page number would be much appreciated.

Haywire Grenades are under the Swooping Hawk entry.

Shuriken catapults are not pistols (shuriken pistols are). They won't add an extra attack.

The catapults are not pistols or hand weapons, and the entry states nothing about extra attacks, so no. Haywire grenades page 35 (4E).
