If you can help please answer, recently I placed an order with GW for a forthcoming box set and wish to cancel the order, can or will i get my money back?

Call them up and cancel it, I'm not sure how else to do it.

This is your only option really, however i'm not sure if they would have to refund you as the sale of good act only relates to defective products and given you have not recieved it yet it may be tough luck, it depends on GW policy, legally i dont think they have to refund you.

The GW in Wellington, NZ quite happily lets people do things like that, as long as it's not a common occurence. In-store-order, though, is another kettle of fish entirely. Still, as long as it's a pre-order I don't see why one GW would differ from another...
