Can latex rubber molds be used with resin? I've been having pretty good luck with Hydrocal, so I wanted to try resin. Thanks.

Yuuuup. Rubber molds work fine, just be sure to use a mold release, it helps prolong the life of your molds.

Many resins will eat latex (it's a side effect of the chemistry involved in the resin mix ).

Most resin moulds are made from a silicon rtv rubber which has a better resistance (but will still be damaged by some resins if not protected).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.
