Quick question - why does the mini for the chaos lord on juggernaut have a shield?

His chaos armour gives him a 4+ and the jugger adds +3 bonus so that's 1+, the shield would add +1 but the save cannot go below 1+ (ie str3 / str4 will still fail on a 1 only, whereas str 5 fails on 1 or 2) He cannot have a '0+' save (anymore!)

It it a throwback from previous edition or an oversight on the mini?

I was just wondering as I'm planning a conversion with a 2-handed weapon weilding lord (although it might just be used as a cool looking magic item). Also if I've read correctly 2H weps on cavalry get +2 str still?

Throwback to last edition. Last edition he could potentially gain a -2 save (Enchanted Shield, the +1 Armor Save Gift, Juggernaut, Chaos Armor).

Cavalry now gets +2 Strength from Great Weapons now. They still get ASL, but there should be a Chaos Helm that offers ASF to balance it out.

The Chaos Lord could still benefit from the other magic properties of a Magic Shield though(like the Charmed Shield or Chaos Runesheild), his armor would still just cap out on +1.
