I see some great Wood Elf conversions in that. Is Hordes comparable size? I have no idea of the scale.

personally, i think this sculpt is horrible...
the idea is just horrible...
i can dig the tree, but the Warlock is just stupid...
i've always been a big fan of PP, and when they sent me minis to paint, i was always stoked, 'cause they fired my imagination way more than most GW minis, but i can't get behind a guy who floats around in a tree branch...
this is the first time i've ever slammed a character mini from PP, but it really is rubbish...
cheers
jah
edit: with my luck, now someone will hire me to paint this eyesore:(...

Not as big of a fan of this one.
However, you have to respect PP for subverting the "Treehugger" trope. They turned that one around nicely.

I agree with JJ. Not a big fan of it. Seriously, it is a GW tree with all the SKULLZ!!!
I can hear the caster himself, in an incredibly snooty British accent saying:
"Look. I have wood."

Not the biggest fan of this one. The tree looks fine, but the guy bugs me. That can't be a comfortable position for him to be floating about the battlefield in with the branch clenched around him like that and his pose looks unnatural to me. The sculpt itself is great as far as the clothing, details, anatomy, etc... but that pose and the lack of branch support to actually lift him like it's suggesting is less than appealing.

Caster, beautiful. Tree, beautiful. Branch going up the caster? Too smooth for my tastes.

Really don't know what to think of this one. I generally like PP's stuff, and the 'Lock and Wurmwood are both well sculpted with a beautiful paintjob. It's just odd to have the caster supported by a root like that.
