Hey dakka!
I am planning on adding some slaaneshi daemonettes/seekers to my daemon force and thw whole standard bluey-grey thing doesn't really float my boat or really go with my army too well. So I was proposing themeing the daemonettes around (what is embaressingly enough) one of my favourite films, The Rocky Horror Picture Show! For those who aren't familiar with the bizzare rock 'n' roll gothic sexual horrorible wonders of The RHPS here is an image:

http://www.rockymusic.org/img/rhpsphotoscolor/RHPS-CRH59-FloorShowTakeoverL.jpg

Long story short it's very red/glamgoth/heavy make up/sexual/violence. Which to me just screams daemonettes.

So I was wondering what dakka's opinion of this was. Do you like the idea? Will it work? Do you have any painting/modeling tips?

Thankee in advance

-Spam.

P.s. I am aware the painting will be quite a challenge.

Welcome to Fantasy 40k

If you think your important, in the great scheme of things. Do the water test.

Put your hands in a bucket of warm water,
then pull them out fast. The size of the hole shows how important you are.
I think we should roll some dice, to see if we should roll some dice, To decide if all this dice rolling is good for the game.

If that herald does not resemble Dr. Frank N. Furter I shall be most disappointed.

The male DE wyches might be a good place to start. The chaos marauders for WFB have big, muscular torsos with almost BDSM straps on them. Daemonettes with filed-down chests might do for the "weedier" ones.

boy are fishnets going to be a pain and a half to model. It would be worth it, though.

Thanks for the reponses. I'm actually quite confident about doing this now. When I eventually get round to it I'll start a P&M blog.

Of course it would. I was thinking of modelling it on Frank 'N' Furter when he's wearing the leather jacket and is whipping Rif-Raf.
