I have a question about markerlights: if I have rail rifles in my Pathfinder squad, can they benefit from the team leader's markerlight in the same turn?

No, But if the Team Leader has taken Marker Drones then the Rail Rifle equipped Pathfinders may benefit from Markerhits scored by the drones.

Is each Drone hit cumulative? If both Drones hit, do the rail rifles gain +2 to their BS? Thank you for your help.

Don't have a codex? The ML rules are kinda clear on this, what is cumulative, and BS increases, and MarkerDs and Networked MLs, etc.
There are really only a couple unclear spots, having to do with Seeker Missiles.

For each Drone that scores a hit, you get a counter that can be used by the squad or other units. Those counters can be used to up bs or to lower cover saves and leadership.
Problem is that the marker drones are not point efficient. Many, instead just get a second team of Pathfinders that they have shoot first or they use the Sniper Drones teams.
As to the answers, no problem and I hope they help.

I do have the Codex, I just get a little confused sometimes. I am recovering from a serious head injury and sometimes, well, plain english just doesn't make plain sense lol! I appreciate the input and my confusion has cleared!

For future reference, the difference is that between a "markerlight" and a "networked markerlight."
Plain old markerlights cannot be used by the same unit that fired them, but can be used by any other unit.
Networked markerlights can be used by any unit, including the same one that fired them.
Pathfinders with pulse carbines have markerlights. Marker drones and Skyray gunships are the only two places you're going to find networked markerlights, and they're explicitly named as such.

DERP.
Jokorey is correct, I forgot Sniper Team drone controllers, they also have networked markerlights.
Thanks for the catch.

Sniper teams are much better than pathfinders with rail rifles anyway. Their only downside is they are a heavy choice :(
