Ok so the Dwellers Below spell says it dosent allow saves of any kind.
Does that include Ward saves?
Does it in turn make magic resistance useless?

My interpretation is that you are not allowed ward saves as no saves of any kind are allowed, thus magic resistance wouldn't help.

Does anyone seconded that?

The BRB specifies pretty well in this regard. It'll either say "No armor save" or "No saves of any type / any kind" or something along those lines.
