This is my 1000 point version of my Green Tide Army. Would appreciate comments and or ideas.

Well even though they might be necessary, I do need some versatility to my list.

Lootas are ranged support, I've also have become quite fond of their shots. Lot's of Dakka is good Dakka

Deff Koptas are in case (and which there usually is) of any dreadnoughts or tanks that might be fielded against me; or any other armoured unit for that matter.

Maybe I could drop a Loota squad for more boys and tweak the Big Mek.

The KFF mech doesn't seem to have as much umph with no vehicles to benefit from the 4+. Other than that, it seems good.

I'd put all the lootas into one squad. Less chance of them breaking morale if they get shot up. Otherwise, looks like a lot of fun at 1000 points.

i love defcoptas mainly for the turbo scout 1st turn charge but there just so expensive kited up :/ and they die pritty easily i know they are your anti tank but they arnt that reliable the buz saws are also only S7 on the charge id get rid of em and get another 10 lootas because i find that lootas only work in numbers drop the big shootas 5 points for 1 extra S and a shot isnt great ok you get more range but meh ur only hiting 2 on avrage with em.

About the list, it seems pretty solid, although the Bosspoles seem a bit unnecessary considering it's a 30 man squad.

No, keep the bosspoles on 30 man squads. They are great for keeping the squad together late game, after they have taken a lot of casualties and you still need to get that powerklaw to another target.

Otherwise, I like the list. Maybe having 2 shoota boyz squads instead of 1 would work better.

Lootas: I like them small so I can deploy them in certain areas, and provide 2 potential threats than 1 minor threat.

Big Mek: KFF is better than no KFF

Well the thing is... I could go for a lot of Dakka i.e extra Lootas... but Deffkoptas will prove their worth.
