I've seen loads of people that post on my threads and their posts not even being related to the topic. They post things like "thank you" and "I didn't know that" Just to get more posts to get their rank up. This really annoys me when i get a notification on my thread and its some booster trying to get their post count up so they can get a highr rank, Does anyone else get this?

I may be new to the site but it dosen't bother me so much that they are posting just to increase their rank. What bothers me is that they aren't posting anything of use that actually adds to the discussion or helps the OP in anyway.

Well i don't think you should make up stories about GW staff, GW is quite generous considering they can lend you models and use one of their tables to play a game and the store managers can sometimes be dicks but he wouldnt have a go at you for no reason, i have visited Brighton GW several times when i visit there in the Summer hols and i know the store manager and he doesent seem like the person you are describing, i think you did something to make him send you out and ask him for an apology.

That's a fair comment, i mean you don't know what help they need until you look in the thread, and still then its not always obvious, i'm not meaning to grump but i just get annoyed when i receive a notification on one of my threads for rule advice and its someone saying "I don't know that one either, sorry". But it's true, i should grump less, and leave it to you 35+'s =D

yeah they can be dicks but they wouldnt be so much of a dick to send you out of the shop for no reason, you obviously did something to provoke him and make you get sent out, and what i mean by dicks is my local store manager can be a dick if you dont know the rules sometimes and says "I don't know, where's your BGB, you need a copy to play a game of 40k" and can sometimes be sarcy, which gets on my nerves but you cant expect them to be angels from heaven
