I'm thinking of mounting a sister repentia (replete with executioner's axe instead of evicerator ) on the lord's jugger as a conversion. However I am struggling to figure out what legs I should use to mount the mini. If I saw off the existing lords torso I think that the legs are too thin. I was also considering using the spread legged model (on the left here) with some sawing, bending and greenstuffing (as well as a remoddlening of the tabard)

My other option is to wait for the plastic kit and put the torso onto bloodletter legs but that will border into the demonic realm..

Has anyone got any suggestions on how to tackle this problem?

The torso on Bloodletter legs will look awful - those are really obviously inhuman. I would go with the first option of cutting the tabbard on that one repentia and sticking her on there. Why are you doing this conversion though? What's the theme of your army? I'm just curious.

Khorne with Valkia and I thought then about adding some more ladies to the army.
So there'll be converted daemonettes as 'handmaidens of Khorne' ( they 'converted' from excesses of the flesh to excesses of bloodshed - use as chosen), the warhounds will have brass spiked collars, one hero on foot will be a repentia with weapon changed to an axe (penitent hood = executioners hood, fused metal plates = chaos armour :-) ) I have plans for a warshrine with fleshhounds and possibly a captured sorceror depending on how badly magic mangles me in game!

Make her a nice saddle - a lot more dignified than clinging on frantically like demons have to.

I think the mini has a sort of rounded keystone shaped saddle...
