I was thinking about starting a Ogre Kingdom army and I was wondering if anyone can tell me if my idea for my army is any good.
318 - Tyrant (Brace of Handguns / Heavy Armor)
- Thundermace
- Gut Maw
- Talisman of Protection
184 - Bruiser (Heavy Armor / Battle Standard Bearer)
- Luck-Gnoblar
- Bull Standard
180 - Butcher
- Luck-Gnoblar
- Gambler's Armor
- Halfling Cookbook
180 - Butcher
- Luck-Gnoblar
- Gambler's Armor
- Bloodcleaver
386 - (7) Ironguts (Champion / Bellower / Standar Bearer)
338 - (6) Ironguts (Champion / Bellower / Standar Bearer)
523 - (11) Bulls (Champion / Bellower / Standar Bearer / Iron Fist / Light Armor)
76 - (38) Gnoblar Fighters
165 - Scraplauncher
150 - (2) Gorger
I was going to group Tyrant and Butcher #2 in with the group of 6 Ironguts with a 4 man front with 2 ranks. The Bruiser will be with the group with the Bulls, while Butcher #1 will be with my other group Ironguts. The Gnoblar will be set up as a horde to keep any fast cavalry from the Scraplauncher and the Gorger will be for war machines or flanking units.
Any feedback would be helpful, where I play I haven't seen this army so I only know what I've read about them.

Only have 4 units with Ogre club in the Bull unit, only because you have to, try to fit in another (4)irongut unit, and sracplaunchers are great nowadays so squezze in another one of those.
Get gnoblar hordes! Practically Free! and some scrappers, skip one Gorger

Well, first of all, you have characters with duplicates of magic items. All Magic Items are Unique unless their Army book (and corresponding FAQs and Errata) say otherwise.
Your ABSB needs some love. The Bull Standard is marginal at best. Also, your ABSB is basically relying on 5 toughness and 4 wounds to survive, both of which are not good ideas. Drop the Bull Standard and give him some defense. Even spending all 50 points on the Trickster's Helm would give him a 4+ armor and make any successful wounds re-roll. Go ahead and either give him a Brace of Handguns (basically for +1 attack) or a Cathayan Longsword (these are pretty darned nice).
Your Butcher's both have the same armor as mentioned before, you can't do that as they are Unique. Also, Butchers may not wear magic armor. Check pg 500 under Magical Interference.
Now to the nitty gritty of the list. Bulls with Light Armor and Ironfists are too expensive for what you get. In fact, they are 5 points less than an Irongut, who is equipped much better. Run the Bulls naked and use the (meager) points elsewhere.
Give one unit of Ironguts the Rune Maw banner, and keep the Gnoblars close by so you may re-direct spells away from this unit to the Gnoblars.
Squeeze a dispel scroll on one of the Butchers.
Other than that, it will come down to a personal play style. With a couple minor changes, you will have a much more solid army.

The new list is illegal as well
Butchers can't be the general of the army, and the Bruiser is the ABSB, so he can't do double duty...

groups of 25 gnoblars are too small. They're supppossed to be speed blocks or flank protection. They die to everything and only have LD5. If you run them this way they will aid your opponent in overrunning them into your ogres. Run them so they will guaranteed be steadfast.
