Marines are very hard to play at points under 1K

To that end, and if your building up an army that you intend to carry you past 750 points, I would suggest going with a more core of your army approach. Start with a simple HQ and some Troops, maybe either a cheaper Heavy Support or some Elites, that way when you decide to go to a higher point value you have a solid core to work with.

At 750 points I would suggest running a Chaplin with a jump pack, two 10 man assult squads with some special weapons, two priests with jump packs and maybe a cheaper predator depending on what you have the points for. The easiest way to win with Marines at low point values is by packing as many bodies into your list as you can.

Now with that sad, there is nothing really wrong with the list you made up, and there is no reason you cant run it, I just dont think you will have much luck with it, although they are all great additions at higher points.
