Comes to 1705. Anything else I can add?

I was going to have a pincer movement using 2 Dreads on either side each backed by 10 assualt marines and a Librarian. Mephiston goes in Stormraven to protect him. I was wondering if Mephiston can use Wings of Sanguinius to Jump out of Flat out Stormraven? Going to make a thread about that now.

Well, I'd take an odd number of Pods.
The transport capacity of the Stormraven is wasted if no unit (but Mephiston and a Dread) is transported.

Why so many locator beacons? Drop some of them and try to get a vanguard vet squad in with this list. Hand flamers are weak and pointless, I'd drop those. Give all the dreads the same powers, you wont be able to use multiple offensive weapons so there isn't any point.

@wuestenfux: I tried to think of a way to transport Mephiston safely, can he go in a Pod if I buy one but don't put the unit in, don't know if it works for Pods.

@Tear OF The Angel: There are so many Locator Beacons because they give me choice to mix and match where each unit will go and it also allows you to spread the units out more when DSing. So one DP goes at the edge of the 6" radius, and then another can go on that's 6" radius.

I can add a VV squad if I take the Stormraven out.

Well, I'd drop the Librarian. He seems overkill.
Moreover, I'd give the Libby Dreads lance and shield. In this way, they can eventually use 2 powers per turn;
shield in the enemy's phase and lance in yours.

You have two drop podding troop units. The situation can get tough
when you face a very shooty army like IG.
They can eventually wipe out your troops with their templates.

The HS Dread should better get multimelta instead of an autocannon,
since it will eventually arrive close to a tank.

All Libby Dreads have Lance and Shield then. But I would like to keep the Librarian, maybe take the Epistolary off? I don't want to take the TA and SS because they give it so much more protection.

By the way, I'd take Vanguard with just one power fist.
They can deep strike and if close charge a unit.
A power fist is Dreadnought insurance and if a tank is close they can charge it.

Lose TL Autocannon on Dread and go for 3 Melta Bombs instead. I don't like Power Fists.

Well, melta bombs are fine if the enemy tanks were not moving in the previous round.
A smart enemy will move the tanks when (s)he knows that some Vanguard will deep strike soon.

Librarians Should only ever have blood lance if they sit in transports all game. Also he should have lance or sword + S.Shield (5+ cover thingy).
