Would this list be semi-competitive to play at my FLGS? Any advice welcome. I do not own any vehicles so please do not ask me to incorporate a lot of mech into my list as I simply cannot afford it at the moment. Thank you

Personally, I would drop the Nobs for more lootas, but that is just me. The reason for this, is it would appear that your making a more long ranged list, The nobs themselves appear to be a close combat unit and really go against the flow of your list thus far. but then again this is only one man's view.

I would drop the nobz, increase each squad of boyz to 30, then spend the leftover points on lootas.

maybe drop the PK in the boyz squads and get more Big Shootas

I forgot to mention that I only own 60 Shoota boys so I cannot change that part of the list. The following is what I have to work with: 60 shoota boys, 15 Nobz, 12 lootas, 20 Stormboyz, 9 Deffkoptas, 10 Kommandos, 20 Gretchin.
