Subject: Newb question: How does one make a dreadnought with two ccws?

So I'm not really a newb, but I am new to this Chaos Marine army I'm putting together. What dreadnought kits have the option for the second CCW? Of the space marine dreads, only the Furioso appears to have two, but I'd much prefer to convert the plastic venerable dread. How do most people get a hold of that second CCW?
Thanks,
Exile

The Ironclad Dreadnought kit appears to have two CCW arms.

Pristine Angels ~1200 points and counting (new current army, largely a kitbash between various CSM and BA plastics, with a few choice conversions)
Nightseers of Ul'Sorrash ~1500 points (backup army to teach friends how to play; at some point will be properly converted to an Exodite army) |

Many options
1: Ironclads have 2 DCCWs which are not identical.
2: Forge World have some nice claw-like DCCWs which you can get for both arms.

As it's chaos, you can put pretty much anything big and claw/fist-like on the end of the other arm - or a big hand holding some sort of sword/club/mace etc - and it will look fine.
Know anyone who's just made the new Daemon Prince? Spare hands from that could be perfect.

The FW ones are very good, I'm thinking of doing another Nurgle one this time with two of the chainfist type things. My only problem is that they don't do specifically Nurgle left and right ones. I'll end up Nurglifying the 'normal' one I suspect as that should be the easier method.

@Hyenajoe - Wow, those are really well made! I really like the gs spikes; how did you sculpt those? I haven't had much luck with sharp points like that.
