but i would drop the commisar, because i believe he is only worth it if your are going to take blob squads.

Drop heavy bolters on the valkyrie and the LR because this will encourage you to sit still.

so 45 + 30 = 75 pts
So maybe add a hydra to pop some transports

I think it's a pretty focused list, looks good. The two commissars is balls out. I like it.

A couple of quibbles. I'd change the HB sponsons to a LC hull on the LRBT. As Sboy says, you don't want to sit still, and the LC lets you take advantage of Lumbering Bohemeth while backing up the BC vs vehics and medium-heavy infantry. That would save 5 pt. Then I'd drop the HB's from the valk, same reason, and with the 15 I'd upgrade one of Al'Rahem's flamers to a HF. Make that platoon hurt when it hits!

This has an interesting start to it. I like the platoon outflanking chimera bit.

That said, the other theme of this list appears to be air cav, and the rest of the stuff in the list detracts from your ability to pay for these things properly. I'd do this list more like...
