Necron Warscythe
Callidus Assassin's C'tan Phase Knife
Daemon Hunter's Psycannon
Daemon Hunter's Incinerator

Close Combat attacks from a C'tan also ignore Invulnerables, but that's slightly different since it's an inbuilt feature, rather than a weapon.

Why look for them? Callidus assassin is the most widely available.

Psycannon bolts can also be taken in the WH armoury.

Also the WH psychic power scourging ignores invuln saves

All C'tan melee attacks

The SM librarian's power null zone forces reroll on invuln saves which isnt quite the same but might help (do swarmlords do this too?)

that's all I got right now, hope it helps

Gift of chaos and Mind Worm are psychic powers that do not sallow invunerable saves, though they don't cause any wounds per se.

Also, @Asimo-You're right, the Swarmlords bone sabres force Invun rerolls.

Swarmlord can force you to reroll invul saves in close combat...if he lives to get there. Good luck with that though, the dude's a bullet magnet while he runs across the board.

Most invuln ignoring stuff is in the older, not yet updated codexes. At most in the 5th ed. codexes you'll find forced rerolls. I always thought they were called invuln. saves for a reason: you can't take them away.

The marine spell null zone makes your opponent reroll all inv saves within 24". This really hurts.

I always imagined invuln saves representing things like force fields, psychic barriers, and uber luck rather than saves that can never be denied

Yeah, that's what they are.

That's why there are special things describing those ignoring the invulnerable saves.

Anything that is blessing (IE GreyKnights weapons) is blessed with the cast-off of the Emperor's Psychic powers.
That makes sense enough for it to go straight through invulnerable saves, as the shield simply cannon absorb/deflect/block it.

Whereas in the case of a C'Tan Phase Sword, it is made of the same material as the C'Tan's bodys, which are able to pass through anything, going into alternate dimensions and such, so it's easy for it to pass straight through an energy shield.

How has no-one mentioned Jaws of the World wolf yet?

Oh, and for C'Tan killing, you want a Drop Pod of Sternguard Veterans.

One round of "Average" rolling equals 5.25 wounds. Which is also equal to 1 dead C'Tan.

I love all the bizzare stat quirks concerning C'tan like how veteran guardsman are better shots than the Deciever, A lord Commisar has the same WS as the Deciver and is better at shooting than both C'tan.

Random fools get EW but the star gods don't.
Wraithlords have the same S and T as the Nightbringer. The list goes on and could have it's own thread tbh.

I guess being alive since the Big Bang isn't all it's cracked up to be : P

1) That's Lord Commissar Ciaphas Cain to you!

2) C'tan are roughly up to scratch with Avatar and other Greater Deamons. It's their fault they got tricked into eating each other.

I don't think the C'tan belong in the game at all, even apocalypse. I mean they ate stars for breakfast, converted an entire race into mindless robo-slaves (funnily enough they gave their wraiths better saves than themselves) nearly wiped out all life in the galaxy, one of them invented the fear of death for everyone cept da orkz.

I mean how can a Wraithlord have S10 and T8 when they're probably 1000's of them spread across all the craftworlds and there are only 2 awoken C'tan. Does S10 represent a power range between a wraithsword and the ability to wipe out entire races?

Also it doesn't make sense that an Avatar or something would be the equal of one, when you consider Khaine had a big ass fight with the Nightbringer. And this is Khaine not an avatar, so it would be like all the avatars' power across all craftworlds put back togethor humpty-dumpty style. But in game terms a sliver of Khaine's might has more WS and BS than the thing that fought him at full strength.

ok this sad necron player is done ranting, ungimp us GW, pretty pl0x
