Fairly straightfoward list, nothing to suprise the opponent, and over 180 models for the opponent to attempt to ream through.
Not to say that is a bad thing, but the list will swamp elite lists, but come under duress versus units that can focus fire/template orks.
Any chance for some Deffkopta single unit squads with buzzsaws to remove some of the transport movement an opponent may take?
Perhaps some Snikrot led Kommandos to force an opponent to move his models closer to yours?

I could drop a squad of boyz and add the Koptas. I do want to try and keep the 180 Boyz though. It just seems so overwhelming and not to many people run Horde lists with max troops.
I would have a hard time dropping mech heavy lists though

I was going to throw in the Koptas and a unit of Kommandos with snikrot and 2x burnas at 2500 points.
I would add the Kommandos in at 2000, but I think if anything should get squeezed in, it should be some anti armor.

Straight forward list, not a lot to add really besides lacking long range fire power. You need Lootas to sort anti tank and you'll be fine then.
