Buttler, this is awesome! We can do an east coast / west coast rivalry with our
WoC beastie lists

. I'm stoked that someone else is doing a similar one, since that will mean ideas for [strike]stealing[/strike] inspiriation

. I've already picked up 2 boxes of trolls and the black orcs, will be getting the cold one bodies this weekend and probably another box of trolls

.
As to the list, I've been thinking a lot about dragon ogres. 4 dragon ogres at 4-wide with AHW are putting out 16 attacks + stomp, so 20 attacks at
str 5. 6 dragon ogres at 3x2 with AHW can only put out 18 attacks (12 from front rank, max 3 each from back, so 6, = 18) + stomp, so 21 attacks. It's a lot more cost for virtually NO increased performance if you're going with AHW!
With
GWs, it makes more sense, but I'm thinking the AHW dragon ogres will end up being better. Need to playtest and see, but that extra attack will come in
very handy, and they're still strength 5- nothing to sneeze at. You've got BIG stuff (shaggoths, kholek) to go after anything that doesn't respond to
str 5, after all

.
By changing them to AHW, you save 44 points, plus 40 from the two champion upgrades = 84. More than enough to make them 12 strong and 3 units of 4!
Another option would be to use those points, or even drop a drogre or two, to get more trolls. I'm thinking about running one or two units at 8-strong. Will make them more survivable and be able to hit a bit harder once they make it to combat- and they're a lot cheaper investment points-wise, too!
Do the jugger and dragon ogres fall into the same "unit type"? They need to be for the exalted to get a "look out, sir!" (base size doesn't matter). I've thought about this and so far decided against it, another concern is magic, and the only thing really fitting in a monster list is a
DP, which is a huge walking target nowadays! So right now I'm going bare-bones, but will be open to revision if I can't win a single game later

.
Nice list! One more thought is if you drop 3 dragon ogres and the champion upgrades (so going with 2 units of 4), you'll be down to 3000, if you were thinking about trying to hit that number instead of 3250 at some point.
