But, I'm argueing with myself, [I'm in that mood today.] over wether tactical squad shoved into combat squads may then take two DT.

In the RD: "Are treated as seperate for all game purposes."

It also says that this decision is only made at the start of deployment.

My Interpretation:

No, because they don't count as two squads until they hit the table.

Thoughts?

You purchase the unit as a single entity for Force Org- the splitting into combat squads isn't done until deployment.

So, only a single DT.

I agree with you.

They only become two squads at deployment at which point the process of picking your army is long over and done.
