I too have recently started a Salamander army, I am finding few decent Icon transfers to use on the shoulder pads, had you thought of how you were going to work the shoulder pads? I'm still surprised that as one of the front chapters that GW has pushed with the Armageddon campaigns that there isn;t anything out there, yet if you go to GW's site they have molded pads for all sorts of 2nd and beyond chapters.

It might sound petty, but I don't see the point of this kind of thread unless there's some content to back it up - an armylist, paint scheme, WIP models, or what have you.
